Sponsz introductory scene

Here at Sponsz’s place Henry Sponsz (foreground) is speaking to his hitman/psychiatrist/friend Muller (background.) Henry mentions to Muller the need to help out his boss/partner/friend Redd White who is developing a weapon for the Bordurian theater through White’s investee firm Scimitar and its CEO, Hokeler (Henry could also be invested in this company – it is not known, he might even want to invest later.)

Even though Henry Sponsz introduced Redd White to Patty, Henry does not know that Redd White also knows Kurvi-Tasch after White later reached out to him personally (they have mutual acquaintances.) Thus Henry (and Hokeler) think their weapon is going to Patty and they are the ‘good guys.’ They don’t know that White wants the weapon to go to Kurvi-Tasch as alluded to in the previous scene so he can make more money and prolong the war (White’s own backers might want that too.)

As such, Redd White is paying Sponsz, Muller (and Violette) to help out Hokeler with weapons testing and ‘hits’ – whatever is needed to ensure business continuity and Sponsz is also helping with his links to government (his brother is a political leader) and other various insiders.

Kurvi-Tasch intro scene
Here, the dictator of Borduria, Marshal Salazar Kûrvi-Tasch (note rebel Patty is from neighboring Syldavia and has a multi-generational grudge against Kurvi-Tasch and could also be connected to its current king or queen holding the sceptre, in addition to White) is shown and speaks to Redd White via video call who is financing him (White himself is financed by others who are not mentioned.) White reveals that he is seeking to obtain a new weapon for him to use against Patty who Kurvi-Tasch is currently fighting. On the chair behind him is a gift from White, a winged-chalice that he bought as a pair where he gave the other to Patty.  The “Chalice of Malice” could refer to this chalice, and/or the one that Rosalind uses when trying to poison Adrian Boron.

Unlike Herge Tintin, here in 2019, Kurvi-Tasch and Sponsz do not know each other. Kurvi-Tasch does not even need to know Hokeler (Scimitar CEO,) rather he just gets info from White later that a weapons shipment is arriving from Australia on a particular ship that he must intercept, and he can even use his guards Krônik and Klûmsi to help with this naval interception (and they can also be shown in this scene.)

Usage: can replace “Boron is followed and kidnapped” scene from part 1 – instead Boron can have this dream as he lies down to sleep and the audience should always be aware it is a dream whereby all the characters can be in color and the remainder in black and white and/or it can be a no-cut God-cam that enters people’s heads in a type of universal follow drone.

The dream starts off at Como House (1st pic) where Boron is on the lawn reading the paper. One knife is thrown and stabs the newspaper the next skims his leg and cuts it causing him to bleed. Boron leaves Como House (2nd pic) and he sprints up Washington Street and sees a kind woman entering her house with a dog (3rd pic.) He reaches the house and she lets him into her apartment where she keeps many pets. The two pursuers all dressed in white ring on the doorbell and she doesn’t let them in as Boron sees Violette and Sponsz on the screen. They have followed his blood drops up the pavement to that residence. The woman can also give Boron a towel to press against his bleeding leg. Moments later a third person arrives in a white Mercedes 4WD with a high-powered flamethrower connected to a tank under the car and torches the building, which erupts in flames. That person is Muller.  The three outside can also throw grenades. Adrian and the kind woman leave via the side door into the street and the pursuers see him so he sprints off. He manages to lose the 4WD as Muller is having too much fun torching the building and watching lit animals escape through a broken window while he torches them. Some animals have their hair alight (meanwhile the kind woman is trying to save them.)

Boron makes it to a large house on St Georges road (4th pic) with a white utility vehicle (the one to be shipped to Borduria) still in the driveway. He rings the doorbell and hears a man call from the roof. Boron moves out to the middle of the road to see Redd White standing on the roof. He also sees the two pursuers approaching him, and as he looks to the man on the roof, Redd White pulls out a rifle and shoots Boron in the head. Boron wakes up.

Muller, who works as the leader of the hit team at Sponsz and his sidekick Violette are targeting homeless people for the tri-weapon. Violette works as a volunteer at a soup kitchen for this reason. One late night, she pours a cupful of poison into the soup pot as it’s being prepared. She notes who takes the soup. About 10 minutes later she distributes food coupons to the people that took the soup while they are sitting down consuming it. The coupons can be used the following day at local restaurants to obtain food. Each coupon has a thick piece of cardboard taped to the back that says “The holy messiah is coming.” This way she comes off as a religious lady feeding the needy and can have brief conversations about Jesus as well. Within that piece of cardboard is a very small tracking device. She also walks around with cups of orange juice, into which a few of them she has poured the antidote. So some soups-eaters have had the antidote via the orange juice, some have not.

Later that night Violette gets into the white Porsche with Muller and they find all the homeless people via their tracking device. A lost dog walks passed the Porsche. They then fly a specially fitted drone over each person to simulate murdering them with a frequency that turns the poison (up until that point harmless) into a known neurotoxin. The drone has an infrared camera to record each hit and take back to Sponsz and ultimately Brambin to examine. The drone is also high altitude and long-range and their car has deeply tinted windows so no one can see inside. They do this from an empty side-street as the homeless people have found their resting spots around the soup kitchen’s suburb. One couple they find near some train tracks, the 60’s couple and the man dies in the woman’s arms as they hum Imagine by John Lennon.

The woman took the orange juice (antidote), whereas he did not. The antidote, neutralizes the neurotoxin as it becomes viable. The woman does suspect something as she feels slightly ill when her partner dies. She ends up calling the ambulance via a jogger in the morning when she realizes he’s dead. Muller and Violette only run the one hit that night as a test run, but they plan to repeat over the coming months if need be. Sponsz will use his links to government and military to run the full operation in the guise of national security. This first hit had already been cleared for it.

Probably a better option: they run multiple hits that night to cause the social chaos the next day after already having got clearance to do so. Lennon’s Imagine can start playing in the background after this first hit, and then move into a Godfather-like multi-purge death sequence on all the homeless people. This is what’s to happen in Borduria on the rebels, if Redd White gets his way!
