Chalice of Malice

Usage: In the scene where Sponsz is driving Hokeler home and Redd White mentions sympathy while on the phone to Hokeler, Sponsz sees a bike rider get caught in the tram tracks and fall. He doesn’t flinch and even accelerates narrowly missing him (just to scare him even more.)

Sponsz then looks back in his rear-view mirror to see that he gets the reaction he’s looking for, and the rider raises a fist to him. Sponsz then smirks and he doesn’t even care that Hokeler is not paying attention to him or the incident.

However, T+T could be standing nearby and note the car’s plates for their use later.

Chalice of Malice

As with Men in Blues, ET can be hanging around with the Blues Brothers in Boron’s dream, although they can’t see him/it – the creature is invisible to them. Although, ET can have powers over the physical (as with the film Ghost) and the BB can react to those unexplainable helper moments. Alternatively, ET can have a full rapport with the Blues Brothers, with Jake keeping it in his backpack. ET goes home during Boron and Elwood’s wedding – a ship comes to collect him after the band play (the alien ship picks up on the song on its scanner – prior to this, ET passes the band a written song request to play “Straighten Up and Fly Right” in a particular key signature whilst it also places a crystal in between some headphones that are connected to the mixing desk.) ET can do things like drop a ring into Elwood’s fiance’s pocket and attach a note after they have a dispute over something insignificant. It would also be possible to include other characters in the story, for further mashing up, eg Kermit the frog.

Miss Piggy and Kermit can also be at the wedding, with Miss Piggy urging Kermit to marry her whilst she raps on stage.

Kermit then battles her, and explains she is living a fantasy and all their marriages up until that point have been fake and only for show, and without a real minister.

“According to The Muppets Character Encyclopedia, all of Kermit and Piggy’s weddings have been fictional, but Piggy carries around a marriage license in her purse, just in case.” Muppet Fandom

A bunch of other muppets can also be there.

Chalice of Malice

sequence: Introductory scene whereby Adrian proposes to Rosalind on a beach. There can be another couple nearby also proposing (photos above are of a real proposal.) That other couple could correspond to Elwood’s marriage in the subsequent dream. The next scene could be in the office at the Ormus Research Institute. This beach could also be located in Israel: anywhere really.

Rosalind: A good day for a little Q and A?
Other couple: And a little bit of sea spray!
Adrian: Catch of the day!

Chalice of Malice / Dream Team

The following pics are to be used as the basis for the Homeless Hit sequence. However, instead of working at a make-believe soup kitchen in that sequence, Violette can work as a volunteer for Vinnie’s Fitzroy soup van (or equivalent.) This van operates everyday and has 5 stops, with the one below being 8:15-8:45pm Federation Square, Russell Street, Melbourne CBD. There are a number of volunteer roles listed on the Vinnie’s page above, and she can be a donor to the organization too.

The advantage of this location is that it is very central, and within walking distance to the Shrine, and also has the train tracks running below ie close to Flinders Street train station. Muller can also be following in the white truck, waiting for Violette’s shift to end so they can do their hit-run. Note the Target bag in the first photo.

– 3 few word tweaks: A strange alliance forms to counteract a foe promoting lethal conflict worldwide.

This is a poster idea, and also coincides with some extra dialogue below from the final wedding dream scene, where Adrian Boron wakes up. However, this poster location differs from the wedding location. It’s in Nimbin, not Gardens House.

Thomson: Look Thompson, there’s Elwood and there’s Jake.
Thompson: Elwood small, Jake tall? [pointing]
Thomson: No. Elwood tall, but Jake not small, to be precise.

Elwood: Oh Shit.
Jake: What?
Elwood: Doppelgangers [points to T+T].
Jake: Or d-bags? Actually they’re just cops.
Elwood: Cops… really today?
Jake: Yeah, Tintin invited them.
Elwood. Good, I thought they might’ve been here to steal the presents
Jake: Or the show.
Elwood: If they did, we’d just have to make an arrest – a citizen’s arrest of course
Jake: Well Elwood, I’d do anything to stay out of Joliet…[pauses] Almost anything [looks at T + T]
Elwood: Cops. If you can’t beat ’em..
Jake: Join ’em. I know, I know… well I’ll be first to be second.
Elwood: And I’ll be second to be first. [both shrug]

Rosalind: I brought you some roses!
Boron: Great, finally I get a chance to smell them!
Rosalind: They’re all yours [hands them to him]
Boron: From my queen. We’ll have to come back here on our anniversary [looks around gardens]
Rosalind: Why even leave?!? [Rosalind and Adrian kiss — Adrian Boron wakes up from dream into bedroom where he sees his suit by the bed. It can be the morning after.]
