Asus E410K, 2022, IPS 1920 x 1080, fanless, low-temp, inexpensive (used to be,) light, long battery life, screen decent – not awesome, only 4GB of memory non-upgradeable but good enough for Linux. A Macbook Air with six more cores would be nice on my spaghetti drainer to heat the tent – but for 10 times the price I am not the dark-triad yuppie or rockstar developer – just yet anyway.
