Q) How do the chips get inside the cyborgs’ heads?

A) Idris, when he is fired at the end of Heartcarve (OK6) goes to China and starts working at a cyborg factory (see here).

However, no cyborgs are actually produced in the factory – they are made on Keedomu (by Rippy) and imported to Earth.

On Keedomu, cyborgs approved for use on Earth and many other planets (including the prison planet) are manufactured. Idris has an intelligence background and his influence enables his cyborgs to be mandated across many parts of Earth.

Cyborgs coming in from Keedomu are inspected on Earth. Multiple countries across Earth approve of their use but they have no idea of their duel-use and control source. Scalar field technology is simply unknown. But more importantly, the trojan chip is grown inside the cyborg after its deployment and is more like a tumor-chip.

The reptilians’ attack on Earth is really a one-off opportunity – a surprise attack on all humans before people realize what happened to all the cyborgs internally so an antidote can be found. In addition to the reptilian remote control and the latent chip (or chips,) people also don’t know the cyborgs’ full scalar weapons capability eg getting humans to kill other humans, and all their hostile modes of operation, ie an Order 66 type operation.

Idris is never confronted or killed in OK6 or even this episode. As already mentioned, he also targets indigo children. He is eventually killed in OK9 by the unstoppable fire.
