2002: Hella Kool

How much cynicism is too much cynicism? What do you find, rather than think? These are the questions.

So I spoke to Ella Hooper briefly when she sat down in front of me at the Saint Hotel.

Killing Heidi - Live Without It (House of Hits, 2000)

That was most probably in 2002 and most likely on a Sunday, I think.

[src]

At that moment, I was probably by myself – a sign of strength, I would say.

In 1997, Jack Alan liked The Saint too, and everyone would see whoever walked in due to the open plan and elevated corner entry. Good for people who worked out.

So Hooper was wearing a small “one star” badge with her all-male crew around her.  I said something vaguely like “that looks like an unfinished American flag” and she responded like “I don’t know what it means, I see it as representing one world.”

I would’ve kept speaking but her friends all took off and she left too… because I was about to hit it off with her, non?

Initially, perhaps she missed her own dark brown, wavy hair and was aligned with the whole “one-world/age-of-enlightenment” thing too.

[src]

I still am, but it needs to be balanced with a big, hard dose of conspiracy theory/fact – saints versus sinners.

Interestingly, Tania Doko was sitting at a table with her female friend – she smiled and looked over at me a few times. Wait, maybe it was only a lookalike and she was gazing at someone behind me.

So perhaps I should have gone over and said “well done on escaping from the television!” Richard Gere once said the only pickup lines that work are the ones created in the moment. So she would’ve responded “lucky me!”

Anyway, “Lightworkers” are known to commit suicide all too easily, because when the darkness hits them, they can’t handle it. And Bonnie, who I remember from school presumably did just that in July, 2020 during covid lockdown.

[ src | 2 ]

But I don’t know enough about her individual case to make a concise comment, but it is so very sad nevertheless. In fact, according to these snippets the cause of death is unknown, and no Will was left either.

1 2

Anyway, best wishes and long life to her friends and family. Paul Havea mentioned further down died in December, 2007.

Interestingly, as mentioned in this post, no cause of death was given to Patrick Timpone and Fentanyl was blamed in the comments.

Also, “Prince had ‘exceedingly high’ level of fentanyl in body when he died.” [src] Good thing they actually tested for it – was Patrick actually tested for Fentanyl? Was Bonnie? Michael Jackson could’ve been targeted while his doctor was waiting around outside his room, is one theory I’ve read. Do assassins come armed with syringes these days? Are drones used?

src

So as Morgs told me at the 2021 reunion something like “life isn’t smooth sailing for everyone, and not everyone makes it.”

They crop themselves (or others) out. The last time I had spoken to Bonnie was at the Chevron in 1997 and I was too tipsy and too distracted (and it was too loud) to have any meaningful interaction. In 2019 I drove through the Tweed Coast and probably should have reached out, but I thought, what’s the point?

[ Tweed Coast – 21 October 2019 ]

So The Saint had a good vibe and is still running to this day, albeit heavily renovated. There’s a good chance that I saw the late Paul “Pauly” Havea singing on the same night that Hooper came through. He was in Eden‘s K for Kool band and instead of clapping my hands, I clicked both my fingers and Pauly started grooving all the same. I’d only spoken to him on two occasions.

Eden essentially asked me if I wanted to drum for his new band at one point, but I turned it down and said there’d be better drummers for it – professionals. In hindsight, I probably should’ve switched to percussion at that point. But that would mean less money for the rest of the band.

[ 30 May 2017 ]

It’s very easy for bands to overlook percussionists, but in Israel two decades later, whenever I hooked up with street players, they’d always invite me back and got waaay more money and crowds whenever I was around. But that could’ve been due to my unique playing style rather than percussionists in general. In fact, one guy Chemy asked me to join his touring band in the USA, but I said my hearing’s too f##### to join any band. He said I had “tasty” rhythms. Moreover, by 1970, Miles Davis was playing with percussionists in Bitches Brew but the numerous Israeli Jazz players I knew weren’t interested in percussionists, or so it seemed, and perhaps even less in their audience.

So back to the Saint, on another Sunday, the DJ came over to me and kindly put me onto Mark Farina and I bought the CD afterwards.

It might’ve been the last CD I ever purchased. My favourite track is at 32.48 and the one after is alright. The rest of it I can pass on.

I saw Simon Grey there once around that period too. He wasn’t playing but he was with his pals and his plans for eternity. I had already recorded some drums at his studio (or was about to) and he played me a track pre-release through the monitors – I think it was this one but am not sure.

Abby died a few years later too due to liver issues, I think. Very sad loss too.

It’s also worth noting that during Grey’s 2018 Pledge Music appeal, on the forum I suggested that he do more “Jazz House” with a swing feel and some months later a Crackazat remix appeared which I included in Ormus King.

Simon Grey - The Galáctica Suite (Crackazat Remix)

Incredible breakdown at 3.25 — Simon Grey – The Galáctica Suite (Crackazat Remix)

So there was another chap of African-descent who, like me, was a regular at James Ash‘s 2-Step night at Salt Nightclub in the sideroom in 1998. I saw him at The Saint at that time and mentioned something about having a girlfriend and he said, “well, if there’s a girl around, then’s there’s one around, and if there isn’t, then there isn’t. It doesn’t bother me that much.”

I was vegan at that point and was going through what was almost certainly the early stages of a Kundalini awakening, which is considered a feminine energy anyway, so his sentiment was (and is) aligned with my own basically.

Moreover, in Tsfat, Israel 2005 along with other students reading ancient Kabbalistic texts, I learned that a wife is ultimately about enabling a man to find his own inner feminine.

[above left and middle – Ascent Hostel]

How easy. But it made sense. I told Hart about Kundalini and he said something like “we think we’re humans but we’re really just monkeys thinking we’re human.” Yet Kundalini doesn’t mean much to people in Tsfat, but Shekhinah (שכינה) or Ruach HaKodesh (רוח הקודש) does. When I did mention something at  Shalom Rav shule about Kundalini (a Sanskrit word,) someone pointed me to a chapter about Abraham’s gifts going to the east.

src

And so it should be noted that Solomon was already prepared for to this.

src

But with myself still locked into Baal, and without Solomon as my wingman, I wasn’t sure I had found my wife-to-be as yet and even donated my copy of Bahir to another student while I waited to be illuminated and shown the way.

Anyhow, back in January, 2002, I wrote this in one of my essays.

“The Kundalini-type energy engulfed my whole brain. The sensation was like standing up against a tidal wave without moving an inch! When I made the effort not to resist or judge the energy, BAM! A hit of power went to my central brain and my whole being shuddered. My typical mundane awareness had crashed into an ocean of dense consciousness that seemed to underlie the physical universe. A consciousness wave splashed out from my body and passed through the bedroom walls. It looked like an animation strip. Soon a flashback came to my mind. I saw the empty chamber which exists in the centre of the Death Star as seen in the film ‘The Return of the Jedi.’ This was symbolic for my head – an empty space enclosing a God powered fusion reactor in the middle. In this space the ‘light side’ of the force had just attacked my concept of death in order to bring about immortality. However, the attack was not complete because the death star was not fully destroyed! (film scene below)”

It’s worth noting that I had a very dramatic internal experience like the one above after going quad biking in New Zealand that year on the north island (Paihia). And that’s 2000 years of pain, unworthiness, misery and torture from Jewish exile being cleared. I struggled on the bike and even lost the group in the forest but by the end was trailing the instructor and was winning (if that’s the right word.) It was also the first year of Heartcarving as done on Ruapehu and there were people attempting to copy my style without poles. So NZ, it seems, was the emotional precursor for me to leave Australia and eventually go to Israel but I didn’t know it at the time.

It was heavy-going stuff, and in the West it was very left-field and prior to that I wrote to the Datre channel in late 2000 and got some answers about Kundalini, specifically directed to me.

1 2

I summarised that answer (above right) in October 2002 as follows:

“Datre are said to exist as a collective of souls whose messages are spoken by ‘human channels’. They view the fully-fledged Kundalini experience as a “crash course in trying to understand what physicality is all about” but with someone not necessarily becoming “a grander person if they have gone through the Kundalini.” Kundalini causes a “re-alignment of the physical construct” and “when that alignment is finished, you will see things differently.” The difficulty is that after a re-alignment it may take “a long time to be able to assimilate the information from that point on” because often the Kundalini can cause “an opening of a flood gate of information” whereby one might have to “grab a hold of themselves and stop it [the information], because if they didn’t they would have gone mad.”

Good to know. That summary was part of my research that I was doing into spirituality where I came up with 3 essays in 2002 and for them, composed some diagrams.

But the “Wisdom Cycle” diagram has gone missing. Looking back now, a transformation did indeed take place. For example, I would lie in bed awake and think in only English words and generally only about the future. That sort of changed and my inner-space deepened. “English words” doesn’t mean hearing voices, it just means normal, day-to-day thinking.

So continuing, another person I spoke to at The Saint was Mieke (below far left.) I actually spoke to her outside while we were leaving (but not together) and ended up saying something like “there are good and bad people wherever you go.”

A post shared by Mieke Baxter (@miekejade)

It was an accident that I saw her outside and I had already spoken to her a few times at Saratoga nightclub prior to that where she was working behind the bar, and we both knew the owner there Goofyfoot/Brett who was on Groovetip. Brett was also there that night at Saint and I think there was a function going on at the time. There was also another chap that night that really liked her (one of her co-workers) it seemed and it was an awkward situation for me. Having Jack around would’ve helped but I’ve always enjoyed talking to Brett, though. In fact, I met Cadell and helped get Best of my Love remixed a number of months after that – a song Brett penned.

Olivia Newton-John - Best Of My Love (Ashley Cadell Club Mix)

I never saw Mieke again except on a modelling agency website along with a couple of other people I knew. There was such a strong resonance between us (at least that’s what I felt) that it blew my mind. Sometimes the fuse just blows and it is never reconnected as was the case there. She may not remember me of course, but I’d be curious as to when (and why) she left ‘Toga where she said something like “I saw you burning up the dancefloor” –  I wish.

[src]

I remember first meeting Helen and her guy friend at ‘Toga around that time but I didn’t speak to her for long and I’d be curious if she remembers that night too – but it was likely 2001, though. I even gave them a lift to Greville Street station in the Hyundai Excel and let them use my Nokia 3310 which I disliked due to how much EMF it produced and felt tingly as a result.

[ 2000 ]

Helen dressed like Aaliyah and was so hot I paid her a compliment saying she must “stick out like a sore thumb” at her school and there was a brief interaction about age: I presume the two weren’t underage for the niteclub but I didn’t ask for their IDs – she mentioned something about a birthday. I don’t know her surname but remember the school the pair went to and it wasn’t mine.

By chance, I saw her again at Mink Bar a few weeks later standing at the bar with some other fellow, but much older, he may have been Greek (I’d never seen him before or after) and yet she appeared excited to see me at which point he placed his hand on her jeans just to rock the boat. It looked like she was trying to dress-down rather than up and maybe she was in overalls yet was naturally blonde. I never saw her again – even upstairs at the Prince Bandroom that was in the same building. Wasn’t stuck-up at all.

It’s crazy how a girl can be with a guy and completely ignore him if there’s another guy she likes or is interested in more. Something like that happened in Byron Bay at La La Land with Anoushka and her boyfriend, both from France at around that time. I’ve also seen girls get with guys just to get close to one of the guy’s friends and project that like onto him. Only a theory. But a lot of girls would flick their hair when I looked at them at ‘Toga. My guess is that it was hard to find younger guys that liked and danced to House music, with a fashion sense and outside of a pub (or rave) context.

[2002 – at a birthday funktion]

I mainly bobbed my head to the off-beat.. so simple… who would’ve thought? I only taught myself actual dance steps over a decade later because I wanted to learn the Melbourne Shuffle. But the best place for me to go on a date was a nightclub… for sure.

A guitarist buddy Kiran told me on MSN messenger that the key there is having detachment. Good guy too and amazing player with some type of Shakti thing happening.

Eclectic Ladyland.wmv

That Eclectic Ladyland show was in 2004 at Dizzy’s and was a follow-up to the Human Interest album launch there.

[src]

The venue had a Friday jam session and it was easy to meet people. I also met keyboardist Adam Rudegeair who spins Black Wax on PBS and Harry before The Cat Empire became an empire. I actually took a guest spot on Rasta Radio on PBS in 1997 with Sinatro. Oddly enough, I found myself starting a reggae band after playing in Skaface, and the promoter shuffled me upstairs to meet him.

A couple of other Rasta guys also came in for an interview and I didn’t understand a word they were saying as they sat across from me. There was an interesting scent around too.

src 2 3 4 5

I was answering the phone to ascended listeners and playing my Songs of Freedom box set as well. Then, almost 20 years later I was playing reggae on the streets of Zion with Yoha and listening to his songs of freedom.

Sophian Guitar/Singing - Redemption Song

I got into RnB by listening to PBS every Tuesday and Saturday and 1994 was just Da Bomb in terms of tasty beats but I didn’t know anyone that was into it as well.

[src]

Taste Your Love- Horace Brown

Eventually, I wound up at an RnB night at the Warehouse/Salt to see it all for myself. It was so gnarly. I got so much female attention. I was probably the only white guy there.

Intro to WKD 97-98

Anyway, I had posted pics of Kiran on Groovetip with a female companion and I ended up having to take them down because I’m pretty sure it caused a female ex of his a lot of stress, and subsequently him. I’d have to double check. Anyway, best of luck to Mieke and her family. Having Facebook around back then and much cheaper digital cameras would’ve helped.

I read in the Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle some years after its release in 1997 that females have a very active “pain body” from millennia of rape and abuse by men, and it’s very difficult for them (and their men) to work through, but they should.

“Apart from her personal pain-body, every woman has her share in what could be described as the collective female pain-body — unless she is fully conscious. This consists of accumulated pain suffered by women partly through male subjugation of the female, through slavery, exploitation, rape, childbirth, child loss, and so on, over thousands of years. The emotional or physical pain that for many women precedes and coincides with the menstrual flow is the pain-body in its collective aspect that awakens from its dormancy at that time, although it can be triggered at other times too. It restricts the free flow of life energy through the body, of which menstruation is a physical expression. Let’s dwell on this for a moment and see how it can become an opportunity for enlightenment.” – P158

So a year or two later after speaking with Hooper, by chance she walked passed me by herself on the footpath and looked at me, smiling away. I was living and working in that area at the time.

I think she had a boyfriend at that point, so live without it… like the rest of Australia! Lucky her!

True Perps

– part 2 of 5: Beyond Blacklists: EXPOSURE!

(last updated: 26 October 2022)

Contents:
1) Hollywood
2) Hillel Square
3) Israel Tech

In my view, truly evil people enjoy hurting others and seek out opportunities to do so. It’s schadenfreude on steroids.

Evil people can reside and work anywhere – but ideally in positions of power over their targets so they can sustain it over time. They may even wrap themselves in flags, emblems and surround themselves with good people who are kept in the dark of their real intentions. Their empathy is cold and in order to feel, they need to sense pain.

further info: Return to the Convent, by Eduardo Zamacois y Zabala, 1868
further info: Prosecutors: Officer was on Floyd’s neck for about 9 minutes

But it doesn’t have to involve murder – as long as there’s pain at some level. That’s the goal of the perpetrator.

1) Hollywood

I even delve into this topic in Ormus King 4 where an alien cult on another planet kills off entire planets in order to extend their own lifespan so that life-force is siphoned from the ritualized slaughter by the perpetrators.

Regarding my own experiences, in my comparison document, Ormus King Octology vs Disney Star Wars I state:

The Rise of Skywalker seems to be a half-baked amalgamation of “Star Wars: Impossible Redemption” + OK4 + OK6 + OK9 with additional  layers to enable it to fit into the new Star Wars universe.”

However, at the time of writing that document, I had trouble concluding it, but if Kamran Pasha is to be believed, I now feel I am in a better position to, and it relates to the Hollywood culture of humiliating and hurting talented creatives by the untalented families or insiders that reside within that scene – and so they could be the perpetrators to which I speak of.

"Hollywood is very much a club - it's a mafia and it resists any efforts for you to come in - especially if you aren't part of the multi-generational, multi-family mafia that has existed for a century in this town. If you come in as an entrepreneur they resist you. Same thing happened with George Lucas... he outsmarted the mafia... and they don't like that. Ruining his baby was a personal thing... he was lied to..."

"The horrible realization comes that it's because you're not one of the club."

"And that's one of the most shocking realizations for people. Because everyone wants to believe that they are accepted in this town for their talent, their genius and then the realization that the people in this town who have power often lack talent and genius but are part of a multi-generational club and who want to preserve that - that realization can be quite shattering." ~ Kamran Pasha (17:11)

[MARVEL, Hollywood and the dependency on China; feat. Kamran Pasha and Doomcock! | MEitM #100]

Pasha in a later video explains how Disney Star Wars should’ve been about “passing the torch to Ray” but instead it was “screw these old white men” because “Ms Kennedy had her own agendas.”

see: [Weekly Roundup [Current State of Hollywood with Guest Kamran Pasha] (56:40 – 58:30)]

To me it was the level of subversion to the prior 6 films which was very disturbing.

Interestingly, a person who built sets for Hollywood productions recently told me it’s possible to break into the Hollywood scene by doing the right drugs with the right people. He also thoroughly disliked the attitudes of many people in the scene and said so many are utterly vain and ruthless.

Continuing with Pasha, if he is correct, then the Star Wars sequel trilogy (7,8,9) was ultimately about:

  • hurting George Lucas by ignoring his story ideas and putting him through a humiliation ritual instead.
  • hurting the fanbase whereby (according to my comparison document) the sequel trilogy “wrecked the hero-archetype and journey and this is its main social failure and cause for social upheaval” and pushing some type of SJW ideas instead.
  • hurting me by taking and vandalizing many good ideas from my ennealogy.

As such, it really was an act of Satanic Ritual Abuse – or at least a good attempt at it. So the audience thought they were going in to be entertained, but the perpetrators were the ones being entertained. This is an extreme and unusual, yet I feel valid point-of-view, although isn’t that what Hollywood is about: normalizing the extreme?!? A movie’s overall intentions can be perceived very differently by the audience to the ones who had made it.

With regards to my own witnessing of evil directed against me, I have written about some experiences in A Brutish Affliction: Part 1 (Australia).

2) Hillel Square

At the same time in Israel, I also saw some disturbing things, for example in Launchpad Israel: The Aftermath – 2006 and Beyond I mentioned street gangs “starting on me” while playing drums. I also referred to a fellow at a tech event who was being pursued by an operative who was purposely and very visibly suppressing his social network.

Adding to this, I was sitting once at an outdoor square (on Hillel street – no actual pics of incident) at night in Jerusalem, maybe 2011 and I walked up to, and sat with a group of Arabs, and I am almost certain this one chap in the group was a Palestinian – or pretending to be one.

We were completely isolated from everyone around us even though the square was actually very busy. He asked “Do you support the Palestinians?” in an aggressive manner. I hesitated and said “maybe.” He asked again and I repeated the answer. His friends were surprised yet quietly amused by it, but he wasn’t. I quickly left and hid across the road (blue.)

Then, I looked across at the square and saw him appear, looking up and down the street, presumably ready to chase me down (red) – I had embarrassed him and he got triggered. Imagine if I would’ve said ‘no’ instead of ‘maybe’ !?! And if I said ‘yes’ that could’ve meant providing him with some type of token of my Dhimmitude afterward.

Furthermore, at another time in the square, a young guy (pictured below) told me a story of how someone close to him had had their entire life savings (or a large part of it) confiscated in Israel due to either a personality conflict, or as a result of racism – I am not sure of the precise details. It might have been after immigration, and it greatly affected his family.

Lastly, while not directly in Hillel Square, I did see what appeared to be the late Tony “Tuvyah” Rose wandering around Ben Yehuda street alone on Shabbat in ~2013.  I am not entirely sure if it was him: it was a thought at the time – it did look strange. Anyhow, I first met him in Tsfat in 2005 and he ended up in the same hostel as me in Jerusalem in early 2007 (Jerusalem Hostel) – each time with his kids. He was later murdered in Tsfat in April 2014 by Avraham Levi Yosef Blau.

( top left : Tsfat mid-2005 | top right: Jerusalem 2006 | bottom: 0 1 2 3 )

I remember Tuvyah to be an insightful and caring fellow (Cancerian) who went through a difficult marriage breakup. I got along very well with him. His perpetrator was likely a genuinely violent and mentally disturbed person, who Tony probably had kept out of the shule once (I’d seen him do this before at the Shalom Rav shule with someone else,) and who returned later to murder him. Tony might have even been a hero – saving someone else in the process. On the other hand, perhaps Tony knew of this person prowling the streets of Tsfat and confronted him because the police had not done so up until that point – then later he was murdered by him, yet in the process Tony had this danger removed from Tsfat but in the most tragic way.

3) Israel Tech

Yet another highly significant incident came on 14 February 2009 when at a tech workshop (Eurekamp), a person – we had met before and I had blogged about this VC meeting about 1.5 years earlier on my Launchpad Israel site as one of its first posts – appeared at this event alongside a soon-to-be employee of his VC firm – Eden Shochat, who was then an entrepreneur and who I had encountered before and after this event at other tech events. This was to my surprise as the person in question was not on the user-generated (wiki) attendees list and was not wearing an assigned nametag.

My name can be seen below: (green arrow)

source: (17 Mar 2009 snapshot) – It is interesting to note that the 5 snapshots in the 2010 index have a whole bunch of names removed from this list, including my own. Weirdly, another 2010 snapshot (26 Feb) with a slightly altered URL maintains this 2009 list into 2010. Also, with some names removed, others have had their descriptions improved and updated into 2010.

What happened to Yuri? What is it about ambition that leads people astray?

Throughout the time of kings and queens people struggled to climb the social ladder, not caring who they hurt in the climb to gain power. The power struggle that remained prominent throughout the ages is the underlying cause of most tragic events in Hamlet.

~ source – Themes of Ambition Through Shakespeare’s Hamlet

So, the person could be called X. Like the Palestinian mentioned above, I seemingly had also triggered him somehow. He was also seemingly behaving like the suppressive-operative previously mentioned.

As a result, during the course of the event, a number of strange occurrences occurred:

  1. a CTO (Yaniv Golan) who I had provided with good feedback regarding how to improve his website (Yedda) suddenly shook his finger at me – this was the first person I saw while walking up to the venue as I waited to cross at some traffic lights. He was close to X. I was expecting the opposite greeting but he was silent.
  2. when I first saw X inside, I sensed extremely angry vibes from this person, very similar to those of the man at the beach in Noosa mentioned in Brutish Affliction who could easily have been a killer.
  3. I conversed with Uri Levanon normally while he sat on a couch, yet later in the day he looked very spooked when I came up to speak to him a second time and didn’t want to speak at all. In 2007 I was looking to find an investor so he could license Timbaland’s Shock Value album via his firm Craze Digital.
  4. prior to this, X had a bunch of people standing around him – I suspect he was spying on me during the event to note who I was speaking to, and then gathered them all up at that point to scare them and defame me. This sounds paranoid – but I still hold it to be a viable inference when dealing with someone else behaving in a paranoid fashion.
  5. A 2nd talk of mine was then prematurely cancelled without any prior discussion with me: “Sleeping for Success” which involved power-napping, dreams and maximizing mental energy after that gathering.
  6. X came into the room when I was about to give a talk to advertise and promote their own talk that was to be given at roughly the same time.
  7. At the beginning of a workshop nearing the end of the day, X came into the room and approached a series of people and then appeared to look and refer to me. None of the people approached appeared to engage in conversation with X. When it was my turn to speak and introduce myself, and I spoke in English, X looked very disappointed, as though one of his sports teams (if he has any) missed a scoring shot. X didn’t remain in that workshop.
  8. the entire time, from what I could concur, X didn’t belong at this invite-only event (note absence from the attendees list above – although that list is not the official one,) I doubt paid the entry fee, and might have even done all this unbeknownst to the event organizer.
  9. X’s employer, Genesis Partners may have sponsored the event according to my notes and the GP logo can definitely be seen on the 2010 page. In 2009 this About page shows “Our sponsors: IBM, Bank Hapoalim, rest is TBA.” Perhaps GP became a secondary sponsor?
  10. X gave a talk, but this person’s name is not on the CortexStorming page (or any other page that I have been able to find so far on this site) whereas mine is, and my name is also on AppendixStorming for “Sleeping for Success” (which was cancelled – see #5 above.) Why?

photo: Yaniv Golan (also see #1 above)

This photo corresponds to #6 where X was asking people to attend his talk in another room, just prior to me giving my CortexStorming talk. I took a similar photo as seen below. I don’t get how he could give another CortexStorming talk (or any talk) simultaneously in another room. What was going on? What was the intention? Note the lack of headband or name tag. Was he an impostor? As far as I’m concerned he was and I welcome his comment. This is because I don’t think he was ever invited to Eurekamp 2009, and if he was (was he?), he behaved partly in a manner in which he was not in terms of the norms of entry, and to me (and others) he behaved as though I was not invited and didn’t belong there. But did I even belong in Israel and to what extent? People should know about this – they should know about the dire pecking order in that country (or rather State). How right I am remains to be fully determined:

Show me the enemy and I’ll show you a hero!!!

Continuing, Uri Levanon and Erez Perelmuter are shown on the CortexStorming page (above right) – two people I clearly remember speaking to and later saw at the Town Hall Meeting. I was wearing my headpiece.

So what happened that day? For X it was a Normal Day, but for me (and others) it was the witnessing of a True Perp – whether people liked (or knew) it or not.

Yet on the other hand, it may not have been a normal day for X, whose name is Gil Dibner – who I have nothing personally against, and never did. This is because like his target that day, myself (from my aforementioned observations,) perhaps we had both been drawn into what I now come to know as the Shadow Justice System.

[pic 1: Yossi Vardi seated at right. Gil Dibner: 2nd from the left.]

It took 3 attempts to snap Mr Dibner and he didn’t land in that frame by accident.

It was a very disturbing day of what appeared to me as covert social violence, unfortunately. I also wanted to get Mr Vardi in the frame and show the contrast.

However, I did not go out of my way to find and photograph him – it was taken from where I was already sitting and this principle has underpinned all my photos – especially of people in public places – the images come to me first where I already am, and I take my camera out second.

[Above left is the picture I took after in the latter part of 2006 after having met Mr Dibner for the first time. Above right is the picture I took after I briefly stood next to Mr Dibner at Eurekamp whereby he flat-out ignored me and then walked off. I did see him a few more times at later events which may be explored in further posts.]

[additional pics and info regarding event see here (where I mention my talk) and  here – 65 pics – 4 of GD without a nametag or headpiece – others were the same, but it supports my overall argument. For example, Orli Yakuel at least was on the user-generated guest list (see above) and wore a headpiece before removing it along with her nametag. I never saw Mr Dibner wear these ever, even if he does supposedly wear his heart on his sleeve. ]

Continuing, shadow because sin and retribution are determined without due process, cloaked, and in contrast to the law of the land. Also, as mentioned in Launchpad Israel: The Aftermath – 2006 and Beyond I have vast notes to backup my claim: that of dark retribution, and it might well extend from Israel into Australia and that is the main reason for this Eurekamp incident being recorded: this history could well have relevance to today. And as such, this makes that day in 2009 pertinent to much more than just myself.

The entire international, psychological (and even historical) context from which Mr Dibner behaved in relation to me is still yet to be fully explored. One thing to take note from Pharrell Williams (interview 2020) is that:

"People will not realize they are being just as nasty as the people who they feel like are perpetrating. You can end up stooping down just as low. The point is to help you realize you're essentially doing the same thing." ~2:14
"I am an Aries so I am a fighter for what I really, really, really believe in.... but man, No is so good and so powerful. There's so much power and beauty in the word No." ~12:14

Like Williams, Mr Dibner is also an Aries.

So now in 2021, am I supposed to be still concerned about what happened on that day in 2009? What was the fight about to begin with? Can’t we all just be Libras?

Conclusion

Perhaps fighting tyranny today is about avoiding situations whereby pain can be inflicted at will by the perpetrators from which I speak about. Should punishment fit the crime or crime fit the punishment? And finally, on the road to becoming the wisest, richest or most popular, one must remember that there is “Nothing but Him”…”Ein Od Milvado” !

Brighter Days

From the time I moved into the Great Twitya Pad to the time I left, there was always something going on. Life could’ve been much worse though.

updated: 23 April 2023

By May 2008, I found myself back at Hayarkon hostel, Tel Aviv:

Then, after pondering what to do, I decided to return to acting so I took these headshots and sent them to CU-Agency – the talent agency who had already spotted me in Jerusalem in 2005:

This led to my first extras role since my original 2005 role as a Roman soldier for a History/NatGeo documentary (Mount Zion). Sharon ran the agency:

At the hostel, another Australian guest took issue with me living at the hostel even after making ‘aaliyah.’ Regardless, I found myself wanting to leave anyhow.

Soon after I found the Great Twitya Pad while literally walking up the street (just after dark) with my bags after grabbing a newspaper. Whoever picked up my phone call first had my business. I was so keen to find brighter days.

On the corner of Levontin and Allenby, many people door knocked. I rarely answered because they were strangers.

Outside my door was another door into a corridor and groups would congregate, chatter, unlock the door and then close it behind them. So it was noisy but it didn’t matter. It was far better than nothing at all.

During my time at the Great Twitya Pad starting in mid 2008, I returned to Tsfat and attended a few tech events.

I’d also go rollerblading to Tel Aviv port and the skatepark.

I ended up in a number of film, TV and advertising productions including Bena and David and Kamal. I also acted with a small dog in a Chevrolet advertisement.

In February 2009 while working diligently on Twitya, there was a callout to do this supermarket TV ad. It was a welcome break (and brake) to my train of thought!

The Al Foster Quartet even played up the road:

These activities continued into 2009 before I left to Jerusalem in early 2010. By that stage I had lost hair and developed adult acne in that apartment, which all soon dissipated. I had real trouble with Hebrew but I felt I was moving forward regardless. I had learned Hebrew at King David School for around 5 years, so I could speak, read and write it pretty well but not converse in it, strangely. It was also my least favourite subject.

So in terms of Brighter Days:

Seek, and you shall find – Luke 11:9

[April ’10]

I stopped working for CU agency because my roles would remain non-speaking as my Hebrew wasn’t good enough to progress. Regardless, I kept getting call-outs because I was almost always successful in auditions, and I eventually changed my phone number in order to put an end to it.

OK3 – New introduction scene (prior to Velox,) or it could be inserted into OK1 as part of its intro and set the stage for the entire series.

This scene is set in the holy city of Tsfat and is similar to Seth and Michael’s scene. The conversation and setting is important but the characters are not really developed. It follows 2 girls, Rivka (religious) and Sarah (secular) who are on Birthright Israel who walk downhill from the Ha-Ari Askenazi Synagogue to the Ari Mikve that borders on the cemetery (both in Tsfat.) The Mikve is a spring-fed dipping pool that is said to have life-enhancing properties and has been used for hundreds of years. The girls don’t go into the pool building – it is basically reserved for men. The scene also familiarizes the audience with rural northern Israel. Tsfat is nearby to Peki’in where the cave of Shimon Bar Yohai is located (OK5.) That town is on the other side of Mt Meron (3rd last pic.)

[note: these pics were taken almost 15 years ago. The 4th pic shows a view of Lake Tiberias – where the other holy city of Tiveria lies. Other holy cities in Israel are Jerusalem and Hebron]

Sarah: My dad is always talking about finding a cure for ageing, like that should be a thing anyway?
Rivka: Gilgul, reincarnation is to accelerate soul learning
Sarah: So death is cool, right?
Rivka: Well, it’s not this monster bad thing
Sarah: But who thinks like that?
Rivka: For many religious Jews, death is about “cashing in” on your good deeds and making it into Olam Haba
Sarah: Olam Haba?
Rivka: The world-to-come
Sarah: You’d have to do a lot of good to get there
Rivka: A long-life would help…
Sarah: ohh right. The Essenes I read lived around 120 years, imagine that?
Rivka: How?
Sarah: They harvested ormus from the dead sea
Rivka: You have these people that want to cheat death. They only cheat themselves.
Sarah: K. I’ll tell dad
Rivka: More than that, a long-life with no growth in spirituality could see immensely troubled times. You need conscience.
Sarah: And the whole world should lift up together.

Sarah: By the way, I think there is a ton of ormus coming through that spring [points to the pool complex]
Rivka: I learn so much from you [touches Sarah’s shoulder]
